WGT-Workshop on Graph Theory and Its Applications-IX


Workshop on Graph Theory and Its Applications-IX will be held in Istanbul Center for Mathematical Sciences (IMBM), Istanbul, Turkey on November 1-2, 2019. The conference venue is in the South Campus of Boğaziçi University. Participation is free of charge. Please register on our registration page.

Topics of interest are everything related to graph theory and its applications, including but not restricted to:
  • Structural graph theory
  • Algorithmic graph theory
  • Algebraic graph theory
  • Spectral graph theory
  • Combinatorial design theory
  • Combinatorial optimization
  • Computational complexity
  • Applications of graph theory in all areas such as computer vision, robotics, and bioinformatics
Previously published or ongoing work can also be presented.

Invited Speakers

Vadim Levit (Ariel University, Department of Computer Science, Israel): On 1-well-covered graphs and unimodality conjectures

Sebastian Siebertz (University of Bremen, Germany): On the generalised colouring numbers


You are welcome to submit short abstracts on topics related to the topics of WGT. The submission is done via filling out this form.
The registration deadline is October 28th (Monday), 2019 at 23:59.


The closest (and cheapest) hotel to Bogazici University is Etiler Uygulama Oteli. It is within 25 minutes of walking distance and easily accessible by bus.
You can alternatively find a hotel around Taksim using booking.com and take the metro to the university.
